Vicky Snyder

Vicky is an AI Educator and Integration Specialist working at the point where AI use moves from ad-hoc tasks to embedded across all workflows. She supports leaders and teams in understanding what they need to learn, decide, and put in place before AI can meaningfully support their work.

Her work centres on discovery and diagnostics. She helps clients translate possibilities into practical AI use cases, identifying where automation or agent builds make sense and where simpler changes in AI use would deliver significant value. She focuses on helping teams use what they already have more effectively, before adding complexity.

Vicky is known for her ability to see the full system. She uncovers where assumptions are being, spots small inconsistencies before they become blockers, and asks the questions that bring clarity when AI use has become fragmented, ad hoc, or stalled by uncertainty. She consistently helps teams move beyond surface-level use toward deliberate, grounded adoption.

She stays close to implementation to ensure the work remains coherent and usable, supporting the delivery of technical builds, while keeping her focus on AI integration, learning, and operational rhythm.

She is trusted to step in when AI is already in use, but no one is clear on whether it is working or how it should scale.

Nissrine Saidi

Nissrine Saidi is a Strategy and Risk Advisor working at the intersection of operations, technology, and cybersecurity. She supports leaders in making early, high-stakes decisions in complex, regulated environments, ensuring those decisions translate into resilient, executable outcomes.

Her work spans technology and operations strategy, enterprise and OT cybersecurity programs, emerging technology adoption, and legacy modernization. She has contributed to future-state technology and innovation visioning for a global beverage enterprise, supported strategic transformation within a major North American utility, and helped launch and govern enterprise and OT cybersecurity programs.

Nissrine is known for her ability to move fluidly across organizational levels, from frontline operators and engineers to executive leadership. She brings a structured, consequence-aware approach to decision-making, identifying second- and third-order impacts early and translating complexity into clear, decision-ready options.

She is trusted as an advisor where early choices materially shape long-term cost, risk exposure, and operational resilience.
